When you shop at Plissé Copenhagen you automatically accept our trade conditions below, therefore we recommend that you read our trade conditions before shopping with us.
BUYING THE PRODUCT: When you have chosen the products you wish to buy and placed them in the basket, you need to fill out your personal information with your name, address and payment information. Shortly after you will receive an order confirmation by mail. As soon as the payment has been approved and the product has been registered on our stock, you will receive a mail with a tracking number, so you are able to track your package.

PAYMENT: You can pay by: VISA/Dankort, EURO/MASTERCARD, Maestro and AMERICAN EXPRESS. All of our prices are in DKK and includes 25% VAT. Delivery Terms: All purchases totalling below DKK 500 are ascribed a delivery fee of DKK 50,00 to cover the delivery costs. International purchases within EU are ascribed a delivery fee of DKK 150,00. Shipping outside EU are ascribed a delivery fee of DKK 250,00 with a minimum order size above DKK 1.000,00. The orders will be served within 1-3 workday domestically and 3-5 working days internationally.
EXCHANGE & RETURN: Plissé Copenhagen renders 14 days right of return valid for the day you receive your products. The products need to be returned unworn and in the same condition as received. The foil seal must not be broken, if so, you cannot return the products. Please remember to save your postal receipt regarding missing parcel or the 14 days right of return. If you wish to exchange your product to another size/color, please contact us at email@example.com. You must return the product to Plissé Copenhagen in its original packaging, in order to protect the product best possible, and at own expense. You will be charged additionally DKK 50,00 to cover freight, if you wish to exchange the product to another product or get your money back.
The package has to be returned to Plissé Copenhagen, Classensgade 31, DK-2100 Copenhagen Ø, Denmark. When we have received the product, we will transfer the amount of the purchase to your account in agreement with The Danish Consumer Protection Act § 21 stk. 3 and 4. We will return the amount of money to the credit card being used, when purchasing the product in order to avoid illegal use of stolen credit cards. Please remember to save your postal receipt as a proof that the package has been posted.

This data will be saved, along with information about which products you bought, for 5 years from the end of the financial year the information relates to, see accounting law § 10, after which time the information will be deleted.
Information is never disclosed to a third part, unless this occurs in connection with restructuring or the entire or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in this situation will be in accordance with the personal data laws that exist at the time.
As a customer, you have the option of insight into our registration of data about you and you can raise an objection to registration in accordance, with the rules about this in the law on the treatment of personal registration. We ask you to get in contact with us if you want your data to be deleted according to the GDPR act.
WARRANTY: All the products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act’s rules about 24 months warranty. No warranty on sequins, stones and beads.
