General information
When you place on order on our website, you automatically accept our trade conditions below. Therefore, we recommend that you read our trade conditions before shopping with us. Please note that the conditions only apply to purchases made on plissecopenhagen.com. If you have bought your Plissé Copenhagen product(s) at one of our retailers, please contact the specific retailer for further information about their terms and conditions.

Placing an order
When you have chosen the products you wish to buy and placed them in the basket, you need to fill out your personal information with your name, address, payment information and contact information. Shortly after, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as the payment has been approved and the product has been registered on our stock, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which allows you to track your order.

All prices on our website are in DKK and includes 25% VAT.
Shipping
All Danish orders totalling below DKK 350 will be added a shipping fee of DKK 50. The orders will be sent to closest Shop Delivery Service. International purchases within EU will be added a shipping fee of DKK 150. Shipping outside EU will be added a shipping fee of DKK 250 with a minimum order of DKK 1,000. The orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days domestically and 3-5 working days for international orders.
Returns and exchanges
We hope you will be very happy with your purchase from Plissé Copenhagen. Should you, however, wish to return your purchase from plissecopenhagen.com, we offer refund within 14 days from the day you received your order. You will be responsible for the cost of return. The product(s) must be returned in the same condition as received, with the foil seal unbroken. Returns that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your own expense. If you wish to exchange your product to a different size or colour, please contact us at info@plissecopenhagen.dk. The product(s) must be returned to Plissé Copenhagen in their original condition. If you wish to exchange your purchase to another product or return your order entirely, you will be charged DKK 50 to cover freight cost.

When we have received the product(s), we will transfer the purchase amount to your account in agreement with the Danish Consumer Protection Act § 21 stk. 3 and 4. In order to avoid illegal use of stolen credit cards the money will be returned to the credit card used at the time of the purchase. Please remember to save your postal receipt to document that the package has been shipped.
Claims and warranty
When shopping at plissecopenhagen.com you are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means you have a 24-month warranty on faulty goods effective from the day you receive your item(s). That said, we cannot grant warranty on sequins, stones and beads. We kindly ask you to keep your sales receipts as documentation for your purchase.
The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period we will repair or replace products or parts of a product that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship under normal care and maintenance. Products that have been misused, subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, or repaired elsewhere are not covered by the warranty.
Even though we do our best to offer jewellery and accessories that will stand the test of time, the 18c gold plating we use will eventually wear off. This wear is not covered by the warranty. Sequins, stones and beads in our jewelleries and hair accessories can over time loosen. However, with proper care and storage (see our care instructions here) the lifetime of your jewelleries and hair accessories can be considerably extended.
Please note that Plissé Copenhagen is not liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result of the above.
If you wish to make a claim over a faulty item, please contact us at info@plissecopenhagen.dk If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us before shipping the item(s) to us. Please remember to save your postal receipt regarding missing parcel or the 14 days right of return. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of higher value. We are not responsible for any items that might get lost in transit.
The collection and use of personal data
To process your order we need some information about you. This includes your full name, address, phone number and email. These data will be saved, alongside information about which products you bought, for 5 years from the end of the financial year the information relates to. After this time, the information will be deleted. In addition to this we need your credit card information as well. These data will not be stored after your order is complete.
The information we collect will never be sold or disclosed to a third-party unless this occurs in connection with restructuring or the entire or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in this situation will be in accordance with the personal data laws that exist at the time.
At any time, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to object to the processing of your information. If you wish to have your data deleted in accordance with the GDPR act, we kindly ask you to get in contact with us at info@plissecopenhagen.dk.
